The HLP-200 is a double plunger hopper packer sized for small-to-medium operations stepping up toward high-volume output, and it is economical on material, which keeps running costs down as the line speeds up.
Sitting at the front of the packing line, it forms and finishes each pack before wrapping and boxing take over, running at 200 packs a minute with throughput up to roughly 12,000 cigarettes, and it accepts the common pack formats a factory is already set up for.
The double plunger system keeps that pace efficient across King Size, Demi, Slims, Super Slims and Nano formats, while a PLC control system automates the cycle and gives operators a direct view of speed, faults and output.
It presents packs in round corner, bevel edge, D-type or square styles, runs on either 220V or 380V supply, and is built as a dependable core unit for a continuous, integrated packing line.
