The Hollow Tube Maker is built for speciality tube production at real volume, turning out 2,100 cigarettes a minute with a rod speed range of 140 to 175 metres a minute and a cut-off speed of up to 2,500 rods a minute.
The maker itself weighs around 3,050kg, with the plug assembler adding another 1,800kg and working in step with it for precise tube production. Combined power draw is 14kW, split 6.5kW for the maker and 7.5kW for the plug assembler.
