Protos 70

The Hauni Protos 70 is an advanced cigarette making machine built to meet the highest standards of production efficiency and precision. It runs an impressive 7,000 cigarettes a minute on regular diameters and 6,000 a minute on slim and super slim formats, which gives factories in Pakistan real speed and flexibility from a single line.

It handles cigarette circumferences from 17mm to 28.3mm and combined filter and tobacco rod lengths from 65mm to 110mm, so you can move across formats and still hold a consistent rod from run to run.

A Siemens IPC or Beckhoff IPC control system keeps the sequence automated, smooth and reliable, while a microwave weight control system holds every cigarette to a precise weight for steady product consistency. The line brings together the S7000 cigarette rod maker, the M8000 filter tip attachment and the F80 automatic tray filler, each handling its own stage of the process cleanly.

With power of 50KW for the S7000, 20KW for the M8000 and 15KW for the F80, the Protos 70 is a powerful, capable line. At a total weight of around 10,800kg it is heavy and stable, built for continuous running and long service life, which makes it an ideal choice for large-scale cigarette production.
