The HLP-200 is a double-plunger hopper packer sized for small-to-medium and high-volume production alike, valued for using material efficiently and keeping running costs down at a genuinely fast pace.
At 200 packs a minute and a maximum throughput of around 12,000 cigarettes, it sits as the first critical unit on the packing line, forming and finishing the pack before wrapping and boxing take over, and it accepts all common pack formats without modification.
Format range covers King Size, Demi, Slims, Super Slims and Nano, with the double plunger system keeping the cycle efficient and the finish consistent pack to pack. A PLC control system automates the run and gives operators clear oversight of speed, errors and monitoring.
Pack presentation options include round corner, bevel edge, D-type and square formats. Running on a 220V/380V supply and built for continuous output, the HLP-200 makes a dependable core unit for an integrated packing line.
