A PLC control system, in Siemens or Beckhoff configuration, gives full control and real-time monitoring, while a high-performance Lenze or Beckhoff servo system keeps movement accurate and operation dependable, reducing error and keeping filter quality uniform as a reliable backbone for continuous, large-scale manufacturing.

Built for durability, the KDF-2 pairs with a tow opener and the HCF80 automatic tray filler to streamline the workflow and cut manual handling, drawing 40KW for the main unit and 15KW for the HCF80 filler.
